Progressing Beginners Pointe
For students with at least a year of pointe training
Service Description
Two third of the class time is devoted to barre training, allowing students to work on endurance and strength. Students practise relevé passé, other exercises in the centre include sissonne relevé en avant, de coté, bourrée couru, pas de bourrée pique, echappé, etc. By the end of the course, students will be able to achieve good core control and body coordination.

Cancellation Policy
Please book, cancel or reschedule your class at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time. All bookings, cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the online system. Classes will be deducted from your lesson package if cancellation is made within 30 minutes before class time or no show for class.
